Everything on this website is a simulation. The site exists to demonstrate what a flooding attack looks like, and for that reason it deliberately has no ability to send anything to anyone.
No telephony capability
This website has no server-side component, no API endpoint, no telephony provider integration, no SMS gateway and no messaging account. It is not possible for this site to place a call, send an SMS or deliver a WhatsApp message, because there is no code path on any server that could do so.
All simulation output is generated client-side by JavaScript running in your own browser, and can be observed working entirely offline with your network disconnected.

Lawful use only
Even though this site cannot harm anyone, its output must not be used to convince any person that a real attack is being carried out against them, to cause panic, or to support any harassment, fraud or intimidation campaign.
Sending repeated unsolicited calls, messages or voice calls to another person is a criminal offence in India under sections 66C, 66D and 66E of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and also violates the Telecom Commercial Communications Preference Rules. We report such conduct to the appropriate authorities.
